If I ever need the super to fix anything he is Johnny on the spot and has always fixed whatever the issue was and he did it with a smile as well as in a timely manner. It’s quiet and the other tenants are always respectful and friendly when we see one another in passing. I’m giving this review 5 stars and I hope that if you are considering this as your new home, that my review is helpful to you in your final decision. Please, come on by and take a look at the place, it’s clean, it’s well kept, and it’s quite “homey” and that’s the important thing to me. Monroe Square is a great place to live and I think you will agree if you decide to join our humble little villa Also , parking is great with one dedicated parking spot per unit and quite a few visitor spots as well
